The pro bono organisational development consultancy

The NGO Clinic is the only organisational development consultancy working with not-for profit and non-governmental organizations staffed entirely by business school academics on a pro bono basis. Experts in organisational development, change, and leadership, our staff offer services entirely free to our clients.

Founded at the School of Business and Management, Queen Mary, University of London, the NGO Clinic is dedicated to the development of a pro bono culture in U.K. business schools. Affiliated clinics currently exist at the Essex Business School at the University of Essex, and the School of Management at the University of Leicester.

“I wanted to do something concrete in the business school to indicate that our knowledge of organisations can also be constructive in society. It was fine to see business schools making noises about adding more modules on ethics, but I thought it was time for them to put their money where their mouth is by donating the free labour of their academics to civil society organisations.”
